Doty\u010dn\u00fd tak m\u016f\u017ee dostat a\u017e sedmdes\u00e1t procent odhadn\u00ed ceny sv\u00e9 nemovitosti a spl\u00e1cen\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee prot\u00e1hnout t\u0159eba i na cel\u00fdch t\u0159icet let. Co\u017e tu ale nejsou ani zdaleka ty jedin\u00e9 p\u0159ednosti.
